Embarking on a new home, addition or remodel can be stressful, but with our process, we are committed to minimizing your stress and worries every step of the way. Step 1 | The Initial Meeting

We are here to listen. In our preliminary discussion, you will provide details on your dream home, remodel, or addition, the location at which you plan to build, any specific expectations you would like us to accommodate, and the budget for your new home.

Step 2 | Professional Design

We engage our architects, designers and consultants in the designing of your home, remodel or addition, including your custom options, home layout, specifications, exterior elevations and selection allowances.

Step 3 | Detailed Proposal

We provide a detailed proposal that outlines the complete specifications, expectations and detailed allowances for your new home or project. We want to take the time to make sure we’ve captured your vision in writing and answer any questions along the way.

Step 4 | Revisions and Construction Contract

We revise the plans and specifications to reflect any changes you may desire before finalizing the design and executing the contract.

Step 5: Exterior and Interior Design Selection

During the permitting and any HOA approval processes, our team will collaborate with you on the intricate details of your selections. As a custom builder, every option for your home is available including cabinet designs, trim profiles, flooring, light switches, receptacles, wall colors, appliances, plumbing and light fixtures, and so much more. We will work tirelessly with you to ensure that each finish selection aligns with your vision of the perfect dream home.

Step 6 | The Fun Begins

The planning is over and the construction of your new home, addition or remodel begins. Immediately, you will appreciate the upfront preparations that ensure a smooth building process. Throughout construction, we will constantly communicate to keep you updated on selections, allowances and scheduling in a well-organized manner.

Step 7 | Congratulations

Now that construction is complete you can start making memories. This is not the end of our relationship, Hudson Builders is always available to assist you. Complete satisfaction is not just a phrase but rather the way we do business.
