Step 3: Detailed Proposal
We provide a detailed proposal that outlines the complete specifications, expectations and detailed allowances for your new home.
Step 4: Revisions and Construction Contract
We revise the plans and specifications to reflect any changes you may desire before finalizing the design and executing the contract.
Step 5: The Fun Begins
The planning is over and the construction of your new home begins. Immediately, you will appreciate the upfront preparations that ensure a smooth building process. Throughout construction, we will use BuilderTrend to keep you up-to-date on selections, allowances and scheduling in a well-organized manner.
Step 6: Congratulations
